Past, Present and Future of TESOL

The theme of the 2018 conference is "Past, Present and Future of TESOL" which lends itself to discussions about the progression of TESOL through the years (especially in Hawaii). We are particularly interested in where we have been, where we are now, what we know, what we think and what we do not know, with regards to different TESOL topics showing a change or progression over time.

We are pleased to host Dr. Richard Day as our plenary session speaker. He is currently a professor in the Department of Second Language Studies at UH Manoa and is well-known for his work in extensive reading. His other areas of expertise are in L2 listening and speaking, L2 materials development and L2 teacher development.

  • Normal Registration is open until February 7th, 2018.
  • Late Registration is from February 8th till the day of the conference. But at a higher cost and lunch not guaranteed.
  • Publishers and Vendors should register before February 7, 2018.
